Air Connexion is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the airconnexion.com site and ensures the confidentiality of personal data collected during their visits to the site. Air Connexion is an online platform that allows users to:
- to obtain their flat-rate compensation as provided for in Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
The data collected by AIRCONNEXION.COM are the email address, first name, last name, postal code, language, postal address, travel booking, a warrant, a copy of an identity card and the bank account number.
AiRCONNEXION.COM therefore pursues the following processing purposes:
- Recover compensation from airlines.
- The administrative and commercial management of the users of the site.
- Communication to the customer through competitions
By completing the compensation form, the user expressly agrees that the processing of his or her personal data may be carried out for the purposes of the above-mentioned processing.
AIRCONNECTION.COM also undertakes not to transmit your data to third parties, with the exception of:
- Airline companies
- Lawyers and bailiffs who work in collaboration with the Air Connexion team
- The competent judge (in the event of legal proceedings against airlines).

AIR CONNEXION does not intend to transfer its customers' personal data to a third country.
1.6. Users' rights relating to the protection of their personal data
The customer has the right to consult his data, to have them corrected or completed, to delete his data, and to object to any use of his data for purposes other than those initially defined.
To exercise their rights, users must submit a written and electronic request to the controller at the following address: info@airconnexion.com
In the event of a violation of the user's personal data, the user has the possibility to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (commission@privacycommission.be). However, it is recommended that the customer first contact AIRCONNEXION.COM for a joint resolution of the violation.

AIRCONNECTION.COM has put in place strict technical and organisational procedures in terms of security in order to guarantee a high level of security.

The customer has the right to consult his personal data, to have them corrected or completed. Unless otherwise required by law, the user may also request the deletion of his or her personal data, but may also object to any use of his or her data for purposes other than those initially defined
The user also has the right to the portability of his personal data to another controller.
